I was canoeing with a pre-frosh trip. Those canoes can get kind of heavy. Luckily, this portage was only ten rods, which is why I'm smiling. |

My friend Tom and I pose at the summit. If you look carefully, you can see the remains of a Cost-Cutters hair-cut. When I said "number four razor on the sides," I didn't mean all the way up to my part! |

I was working at a camp in Silva, Missouri. On our day off my friend Craig and I decided to go a fishin'. We didn't catch anything, but if you go fishing for the purpose of catching fish, you're missing the point. |

I went whitewater rafting in Canada during the summer of '94. Several of the rapids had clever names. The "Greyhound Bus-Eater" was the biggest rapid we went over - a Class V or VI, depending on where you went over it. The guide told us to swim to the right if we fell out. If we swam to the left we would probably die. I chose to stay in the boat. |

Sring term of my Junior Year I jumped out of an airplane at 2,500 feet. My friends Suraj and Jason went up in the plane with me. Here we are trying to look like bad-asses. My friend Blinn (who is a pilot) wanted to know why anyone would willingly jump out of a plane with two good wings and a working engine. Because I have a death wish. |
