Rhubarb Crisp

• otmeal
• brown sugar
• sugar
• butter
• chopped rhubarb
• salt
• cornstarch
• Recipe
• Grease a large glass casserole dish.
• Stir together in a large bowl:
• 4 cups otmeal
• ³/₄ cup brown sugar (144g)
• ¹/₂ cup sugar (105g)
• ¹/₂ cup butter (112g), melted
• Reserve half a cup of the oatmeal mixture for topping. Then add:
• 8 cups chopped rhubarb (960g)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp cornstarch (8g)
• Toss together and pour into the dish. Sprinkle on the topping and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the sides bubble and the topping is browned. Serve warm, a la mode.
