Chocolate Chip Meringues

• 2 egg whites
• salt
• cream of tartar
• vanilla extract
• sugar
• chocolate chips
• Recipe
• Beat until foamy:
• 2 egg whites
• Add and beat until mixture has soft peaks:
• ¹/₄ tsp salt
• ¹/₈ tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Gradually add, beating until batter is stiff:
• ³/₄ cup sugar (158g)
• Fold in:
• ³/₄ cup chocolate chips (168g)
• Spoon batter on to parchment paper lined sheet and bake for 25 minutes, bottom of cookies should be browner than they were before.
