New Orleans is in Trouble

Still cleaning out the phone...I found this construction sign with Laura and Caroline on a sidwalk in New Orleans, June 2006. The hole in question is about 3 feet deep.
Not that the city is entirely decimated - they still have comical old-timey bikes at least:
And at least the person who left that sign was willing to spell out all the words.
