We looked out the window at the construction site next to the library, and saw what appeared to be a foreman wearing this t-shirt. It was so pro-management that I had to take a picture.
Show Up: Get to work on time, fight absenteeism.
Shut Up: Don't chit chat on the job (or rabble-rouse, or unionize).
Keep Up: Stay on schedule, work harder.
It's only twenty feet from my desk to the construction site, but it's a world apart.
