I'm A Field Marshal

Field Marshall Napoleon BonaparteI just took the Myers Briggs personality test for the first time in a decade and it turns out my personality has shifted. Last time I was an ISTJ, and now it seems that I'm an ENTJ. I think this reflects the evolution of my personality away from the rules-following boy scout that I once was. Texas made me more sociable and grad school made me more liberal.

According to one interpretation, this makes me a Field Marshal like Bill Gates or Napoleon. Of course, I wouldn't compare a lowly programmer to one of the greatest men alive. ;)

What's really funny is that my dad took the test pretending to be me and got the same score!

Yeah, ENFP seems to describe you pretty well. You've certainly got "quirky charm."
