Rain and Snow

So, it is snowing right now in Williamstown. Recalling an all too recent rant about snow on this page, I realize that I have only had four entirely snow-free months this year. Where's that damn global warming when you need it? Also, I am now officially swamped. There is no way to get out of my house without getting your feet wet. My last escape route, out the front door and then sideways across the lawn into the street, has flooded. Everywhere I turn, 2-6 inches of water! And my sump pump just squirts the water back into the lawn. It's better than filling the basement, but still!
I can't wait for summer to return so I can complain about the heat.
