Here are some pics of my new apartment. It's got more stuff in it now, but this is what it looked like when I moved in last week.
This is the view from the kitchen looking through the dining room to the living room. The red door lets out onto my porch.
Here is the reverse view from the living room, featuring the fireplace in my dining room.
As you can see, my living room is round. Now, where the hell do I put the couch?
This is half of my new kitchen, viewed from the door to the study.
The bedroom has great light in the morning which helps me get up at the ungodly hour of seven.

jealousy! jealousy! seattle is far too expensive. a place this size would cost more than i make. sigh. i know! let's switch lives!

oh it is just so purdy!!! We'll have to do a road trip from AA to you for a party one of these days :-)

Location, location, location. I've traded population density for a palace, at least for the next few years. I don't know about switching lives yet, but ask me again in six months when I've gone stir crazy. In the meantime, everyone needs to come visit me and admire the mountains and foliage! New England in the fall is gorgeous...

so cute! the living room looks tricky though....maybe you could put a round/square dining table in it and then use the dining room as a living room?

I had the same thought last night, but my parents are delivering a square table this evening, and the dining room is a bit small for all my living room furniture. But we'll see how it looks with a table in there...
