nevermind the voice-mail woman--i just wasted four precious minutes listening to jeremy hobson complain about her. sheesh!

the thing that really gets me is actually the pause between sentences, just long enough that you'll put up wiht it, but much longer than acutally needed. i wonder how they tested that amount of time... how long before you forget what was said before. ha. m.
