Dell LogoMy hard drive died and they sent me a new one for free. Then my motherboard died and they sent me a new one for free. They even offered to send a technician out to install the stuff but I was able to do it myself. The microprocessor was stuck to the heat sink and I had a little trouble getting it off, but it eventually twisted free. Nice warranty support and no wait on their technical support line.
