U.S. and India Announce Nuclear Deal

Nick and India in LondonAccording to the morning papers my sister has just agreed to a major deal on nuclear cooperation with the United States. India will be allowed to buy nuclear fuel and reactor components from the U.S. In exchange, she will classify 14 of her 22 nuclear reactors as civilian facilities, opening them to international inspections. This will allow her to meet her civilian needs while continuing to develop nuclear weapons.

ha. i had the same thought when i read that in the australian newspaper. if i'd known how powerful she was i just might have let her win at clue... .m
