Igloo

Williamstown has 18 inches of snow just lying around, so Christine and I built an igloo in my back yard.
We used a tree trimming saw to cut the blocks out of the snow bank from my plowed driveway.
Christine demonstrates the concept with this rude model.
Here we are with the finished item. I'm feeling pretty proud of myself as you can see.
Christine said, "You go in and I'll get my phone ready to call 911 when it falls on your head!"
As you can see, I was not crushed.
It actually fit both of us, and would probably accommodate one more person. Not terribly comfortable, but it would allow you to survive the night in a pinch.
