Nick Baker

So if you Google Nick Baker you come up with this site devoted to some loser who got caught smuggling millions of dollars worth of E into Japan and is now serving a 14 year prison sentence there. But wait, it gets better! He claims to have been framed by the guy who gave him the suitcase, but this guy was found dead in an English railway station last year, so Nick Baker is now totally screwed! It serves him right for sullying my fine name.

There isn't much other tough competition for the top spot, just some British crocodile hunter wannabe, a model, and a musician. Nicholson Baker is nowhere to be found. So now I'm in the process of trying to get my blog listed at number one on Google for "Nick Baker." Wish me luck!

Let me know how to get better google results. When you google me you get linked to mentions of my name on a right wing, Christian, Pro-Life blog. Nick Baker, Nick Baker, Nick Baker, Reed Smurfette Baker. What do you get when you google that?

Apparently you don't get any results when you google Reed Smurfette Baker. How is that possible?

Well, you'll get results soon - this page! You've already hit on the best way to get google results - links to your page with the search term in them. The more links the better, but you don't want to overdo it with keywords on the page itself.

I used to date a guy named Nick Baker, I wonder if one of you is him?

Hopefully not the one in a Japanese prison. I know I'm not him, but good luck with your Googling. Try adding the school he went to if you want to narrow down the results.
