I had a college roomie for a while that used to snort cold water up her nose every morning. It was fun listening to that!

wow. I'm playing catch up here... I myself have always just used the Simply Saline stuff after my mother pushed it on me. This one looks more ecologically friendly, despite being intimidatingly large...
